Gas-Fired Box Furnace
Lindberg gas-fired, semi-muffle, box furnaces have proven themselves
for years to withstand the most rigorous handling and heaviest of operating
schedules. These furnaces are fired from underneath the hearth by means
of a series of gas burners equipped with individual gas pilots. Hearths
made of heavy fire-brick slab to prevent any direct flame infringement
on the work. Gas burners are staggered from side to side of the furnace
and are spaced as such to ensure maximum temperature uniformity throughout
the work chamber. All accessory gear such as combustion air blowers,
instrument mounting panels, indicating or recording controllers, or excess
temperature cutouts can be included with each furnace. Instrument panels
are pre-wired at the factory for trouble-free setup and operation. Temperature
range to 2000°F (2500°F optional).
